Hi! I am Anna and I would love to support you through one of your life's most precious transitions. I believe that holding new parents in an atmosphere of grace and understanding is essential in the process of creating healthy families. My personal experiences have shaped the way I feel about doula work and I know that having someone there to reinforce your strength and intuition can be the difference between thriving and just surviving when you're in the postpartum period.
I have trained with DONA International, Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings, Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice and The Healthy Children Project. As a Certified Lactation Counselor, I can help you with your breastfeeding journey and connect you with any other resources, if ever necessary.
I live in Tacoma, WA with my husband, son and dog.
