In-Home Postpartum Support
-Available 4-8 hours per day, between 7am and 12am (can extend to 2am under some circumstances)

-$50/hr in Pierce County and $53 outside of Pierce County

Lactation support
-Want to talk all things lactation related either pre or postnatal? Let me help you get set up and prepared for your lactation journey, whatever that may look like.
-$75/hr for in person (or available through phone/Zoom for troubleshooting and simple questions)
loss & bereavement support
-If you need someone to talk through options, accompany you to a procedure or support you in your home, I am here for you. Please contact me for more information.
birth package
-1-2 prenatal visits in your home to get to know each other and talk about what you'd like at the time of your birth (creation of birth preferences, if you wish) and to prepare a postpartum plan, scheduled around weeks 33 and 35.
-Continuous physical and emotional support throughout your labor and delivery
-Immediate lactation support following birth
-1 postpartum visit, with availability to book more
-Ceremonial Closing/Wrapping Ritual
-Includes Wombs of the World's "Preparing for Parenthood- A Childbirth Education Series" (worth $190)

Closing ceremony / wrapping ritual
-Rooted in the wisdom of my Slovak lineage and inspired by teachings I have received through my work and learning in Ecuador, I have woven together a unique closing ceremony and wrapping ritual to honor the profound transition into parenthood.
-This intentional ritual offers space to pause, reflect, and honor all that you have moved through- birth, transformation, tenderness, and the becoming of a new version of yourself.
-Through gentle wrapping, grounding, and ceremony, we create a moment to feel held as you close one chapter and step fully into the next.
-It is a beautiful way to honor you - your body, your journey, and the passage into parenthood.
-Cacao or tea afterward for integration and reflection
-Best for just you or include a partner or family member or two
-Can be done a few days after birth to many, many years after
